VALUE ADDED SERVICES
To Non-Profit Organizations
AmericasRelief Team is proud to provide Value Added Services to sister non-profit organizations whose mission include helping the victims of disasters in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Our work helps charities achieve their mission more efficiently, mobilize more donations, and move them to where they are needed.
Over the years we have created a valuable network of supplies from around the world.  We use this network and leverage to provide value to our members and non-members alike by offering to share our contacts and knowledge to help them reduce cost and improve delivery of emergency supplies.
This is one way we know to strive together to help maximize efficiency of the delivery of aid, and to help minimize the suffering of victims of crises in the Caribbean Basin.
AmericasRelief Team maintains a Bank Depository of Charity Cargo from air carriers and shipping companies. This inventory of donated or discounted "charity" cargo and in-kind support such as: trucking, stevedoring, ware-housing, bills of lading, and gantry crane space provides the relief organiza-tions the best options for shipping humanitarian supplies fast and efficiently.
  • The Bank Depository is good for humanitarian relief organizations because AmericasRelief Team has close relationships with multiple air carriers, ocean cargo companies, warehousing companies, and stevedoring groups to provide non profits with their best options.
  • The Bank Depository is good for humanitarian relief organizations because AmericasRelief Team has at their fingertip every available schedule, including emergency schedules, of air carriers following a disaster in the target Caribbean Basin country.
  • The Bank Depository is good for humanitarian relief organizations because AmericasRelief Team has better access to discounted or free cargo space, bill of lading, and other services.

AmericasRelief Team tracks potential crises in the region, and help NGO's pre-position emergency supplies for effective and rapid response; our coordinated efforts includes overseas governments and U.S. military. We provide assistance to help respond to sudden natural disasters and long-term humanitarian emergencies.

Our experience and network helps us to offer air and sea freight services to the Caribbean and Latin America with very competitive rates for the movement of humanitarian cargo.  We know the market, as well as those who service the market. Our services include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitating freight consolidation with receiving terminals located throughout the United States.
  • Working with the experts who offer weekly sailings to over 80 destinations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Providing a network with guaranteed space with all carriers and private off dock warehousing at most destinations.
  • Offering less than container load (LCL), full container loads (FCL) and air cargo.
  • Providing a network of over 2-million square feet of warehouse space in Miami.

This expansion program allows NGOs for an efficient and cost effective coordination for all purchases of emergency supplies.  One call does it all…By using our vast network of vendors and contacts, AmericasRelief Team acts as the purchasing manager of your organization.  And because we buy from so many sources, our prices are often the most competitive.
  • Ready to provide quotation on all types of products used during emergencies and for humanitarian purposes: pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, potable water (all types), general supplies, dry goods, canned goods, reconstruction building items, generators, and much more!
