Logistics is the Achilles heel of emergency response. One of AmericasRelief Team's programs is to manage collaborative efforts of corporations and NGOs to help maximize relief aid efforts in the Americas to Internally Displaced People (IDP) following a humanitarian crisis event; ensuring that the aid can be effectively channeled to the most affected areas and to those most in need. AmericasRelief Team also provides ongoing logistics assistance to humanitarian NGOs, conducts educational projects, and implements comprehensive relief plans on behalf of the Caribbean Basin Region.

Responsible for the Effective Coordination of Relief Aid to the Americas provided by humanitarian NGOs. Provide collaborative response mechanisms when disasters occur and facilitate coordinate relief aid logistics for the members and others.
Advocate for Efficient Emergency Protocols
Create Effective Emergency Management Logistics Programs and Development of Comprehensive National Disaster Plans in collaboration with members and others. Advocate for efficient logistics integration, and provide advice on state-of-the-art logistics techniques as well as effective emergency relief protocols. Provide guidance for implementation of effective supply chain management.
Conduct Educational Activities
Conduct Relief Aid Educational Programs. Encourage and implement educational programs on effective processing, distribution, logistics, and capacity building.

Coordinate & Participate in Programs to Improve the Lives of Individuals by Positively Changing Community Conditions. This inventory of donated or discounted "charity" cargo and in-kind support such as: trucking, stevedoring, warehousing, bills of lading, and gantry crane space provides the relief organizations the best options for shipping humanitarian supplies fast and efficiently.
