Artwork
To ensure your company’s logo is properly displayed on the web and in print, please submit your logo in one of the following formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf, .psd, .tiff, .eps. Images must have a dpi/resolution of 300+. Artwork must be submitted no later than 1 week prior to event to be included in event print material. Images will be resized to fit our templates, so if you have both a horizontal and vertical logo, please send both.

Banners
Please bring your company’s hanging banner to the ART offices by Friday, April 15th at noon.

Raffles
All sponsors are invited to participate in our golf raffle. Submit your prize(s) with description by Friday, April 15th at noon and we’ll be sure to credit and thank you at the awards reception when prizes are awarded.

Golf Gift Bag
Each sponsor (excluding tee sponsors) may submit one item for the golfer gift bag. All items need to arrive at the ART office no later than Friday, April 15th at noon. Any items received after this date will NOT be distributed at the event. To insure there is no item duplication, send us your item description as soon as possible. Contact us for golf promo ideas or if you need a provider recommendation.

Tee Sponsors
Tees will be assigned on a first -come basis, and include one table and two chairs. First five tee sponsors will receive a canopy included. Extra canopies can be rented for an additional $50. Decoration of hole must be in keeping with course policies.
